Investors in People Accreditation for Wilson Miller Resourcing
Wilson Miller Resourcing is proud to announce its accreditation as an Investors in People (IIP) organisation.
Established in 1990, Investors in People helps organisations to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people. Certification is only awarded to organisations that successfully meet the Standard’s criteria through their everyday practices.
The Investors in People stamp of approval helps the company stand out in the competitive business of resourcing, as Katy Munday, Client Director of Wilson Miller Resourcing explains, “The accreditation ensures we remain committed to our people, and that we stay one step ahead of our competitors, by continually improving our processes year on year.”
