Flexihire – A new solution for recruiting during the economic slowdown

In these tough economic times when budgets are tight, continuing to uphold the businesses’ competitive advantage is paramount. More than ever companies need to have good marketing people in the right place at the right time. Flexihire enables clients to spread a reduced recruitment fee cost allowing a ‘try before you buy’ phase with minimal commitment even if recruitment policies change.

Flexihire allows the client to recruit a candidate as a contractor for a 9 month period paying a reduced fee against their salary each month. If the client decides to recruit that person in a full-time role within the 9 months they only pay the outstanding fee amount (fee x remaining number of months). If budgets do not allow the contractor to be recruited on a permanent basis, then the client can choose not to recruit them full-time after 9 months and continue to enjoy the advantages of employing them as a contractor.
